This remote contract role focuses on converting spoken Urdu from audio and video into clear, faithful written transcripts, with careful attention to grammar, spelling, dialect, colloquial usage, and contextual nuance. Prior AI experience is not required.

• Transcribe Urdu audio and video content with a high degree of accuracy and attention to linguistic detail.
• Review and refine existing Urdu transcripts for clarity, consistency, and fidelity to the original spoken content.
• Annotate transcripts with required metadata, including speaker information, in accordance with project guidelines.
• Apply strong knowledge of Urdu grammar, spelling, regional language patterns, and contemporary colloquial expressions.
• Use digital transcription tools and established practices for working with multimedia content.
• Collaborate remotely with linguistic experts and project managers to resolve questions and improve transcription processes.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication throughout project interactions.
• Complete assigned transcription work according to required quality standards and project submission timelines.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Urdu.
