The NOW Massage is growing our team and looking for passionate, professional Louisiana Licensed Massage Therapists who want to build a steady clientele in a supportive, luxury spa environment.
Our Massage Therapists average $45–$50+ per hour , including commission, gratuity, enhancements and bonuses.
Full-time therapists have the potential to earn approximately $55,000–$70,000+ annually, including service commissions, tips, enhancements, and other eligible compensation. Actual earnings vary based on hours worked, bookings, services performed, and gratuities.
The NOW is designed as a calming sanctuary where guests can disconnect from the outside world and reconnect within.
Our Massage Therapists are able to focus on what they do best — providing exceptional massage therapy — without having to manage retail sales or unnecessary responsibilities.
