We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Consultant to support the operational and administrative functions of a growing clinical research site. This entry-level consulting role will help keep teams organized, informed, and compliant by supporting document management, data tracking, reporting, communications, and program visibility. The ideal candidate is a strong project coordinator who enjoys working across multiple priorities, has excellent attention to detail, and is comfortable managing information across digital platforms. Experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting is a plus, but candidates with strong administrative, project coordination, data, and communications experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day operational and information management support to clinical research programs and site leadership. Maintain organized, accurate, and compliant program documentation, including managing and updating multiple SharePoint sites and related resources. Support document management processes and ensure information is accurate, current, and easily accessible to internal teams. Track operational data, engagement metrics, and program activities; assist with reporting and dashboard preparation to help teams monitor performance. Coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, program updates, onboarding materials, and other team communications. Support onboarding communications and ensure new team members have access to appropriate resources, documentation, and information. Assist with social media and program visibility initiatives, including content creation, scheduling, and tracking engagement and performance metrics. Help prepare operational dashboards, reports, and presentations using relevant software and data-tracking tools. Coordinate projects and timelines across multiple stakeholders, helping ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Identify opportunities to improve organization, communication, documentation, and operational processes. Provide general administrative and project coordination support as needed to clinical research and business operations teams. Required Qualifications: Experience with document management and maintaining accurate digital records. Experience creating, scheduling, or managing social media content and analyzing engagement metrics. Strong project coordination and organizational skills. Experience with data tracking, reporting, and/or maintaining operational metrics. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within a clinical research site, healthcare, or life sciences environment. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or similar document management platforms.
